Our Staff Trainers

  • Brooke Eubank

    Staff Trainer - Kokomo Center

My name is Brooke, and I am the Staff Trainer at our Kokomo location.  I’ve been fortunate to work with Engaging Minds since 2022. In my role, I take great pride in watching both the children and our therapists grow and thrive. This position has not only enhanced my professional skills—such as problem-solving, time management, and communication—but has also contributed significantly to my personal development.

Outside of work, I have three pets who bring joy to my life. I cherish spending time with my family and my friends and enjoy diving into a good book whenever I can. I also recently took on the task of learning how to crochet and have enjoyed learning how to do that as well.

  • Brady Miller

    Staff Trainer - Peru Center

I am a former Air Force professional with a specialized background in mental health. My time in the Air Force allowed me to develop a deep understanding of psychological resilience, crisis intervention, and supportive care, skills that I am passionate about applying in both professional and personal settings.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and I take great pleasure in following the team's progress and cheering them on through every season. Fitness is a significant part of my routine—I enjoy working out regularly to stay healthy and energized. When I’m not at the gym or watching football, you’ll find me hunting, a hobby that helps me connect with nature and unwind.

I also cherish the time spent with my cats, who provide me with companionship and relaxation. My diverse interests reflect my belief in a balanced life, where professional dedication and personal enjoyment go hand in hand. I’m always eager to connect with like-minded individuals and explore new opportunities that align with my skills and passions.

  • Myranda Davis

    Staff Trainer - Muncie Center

I have spent the past six years working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and am deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a trainer, I’m fortunate to share that passion with others, drawing on my experiences to empower and educate. Currently, I’m furthering my studies in Psychology and ABA at Ball State. This not only enhances my knowledge but also allows me to share different perspectives with my colleagues.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband and our daughter. As new parents, we’re thrilled to embark on this exciting journey of raising our little one together!
